* We expect participants to present a poster of the size A0 (84 cm width × 119 cm length). They will be boards for exposition of the posters. The fixing material will be available at the site.
We expect participants to expose the poster on Monday morning to enable to all other participants to visit it during the whole day. During the time of the poster session the authors are asked to be present at the board. Posters can be left displayed at the place till the end of conference.
For speakers of the conference a dataprojector is available (PowerPoint presentation) but also overhead projector will be to disposal.
In the whole area of conference venue WiFi for connection to internet from your laptop is available (WiFi card is required).
A competition for the best and most instructive poster will be during the conference in a progress.
